How do you get cruise rookies on board? You create a campaign that celebrates the thrill of first-time experiences and positions the cruise line as a bucket list enabler. We launched on New Year's Eve and host, Anderson Cooper, read America's bucket list wishes live during the ball drop. We built a Facebook app, created original content of newbie families on their first-ever cruise and enlisted the help of Today Show hosts and Ellen Degeneres. The result? We got rookies cruising and America off the couch and on to the next adventure.
