Strayer, who? When the university came to us, they were in full- blown identity crisis mode. To attract new students, the university had to figure out who it was . . .and quickly. What differentiated Strayer, always came back to its graduates. They were motivated, strong-willed and self-made. People who truly embodied the tagline we created for them, "Only the Driven." So our mission was born. Strayer would become advocates for their graduates, not the other way around. We created a mini-documentary called, 'The Driven' featuring five former Strayer grads who, despite different background and goals, shared a common desire to better their lives through education. And, as is only fitting, our campaign turned out to be a little overachiever, itself. Six months after launch, new student enrollment was up 12%.
