An 150-year-old company asked know how to sell insurance to millennials. We told them not to even try. Our idea was to meet twenty-somethings where they were financially, and in the process, engage them to be a little more "adult" when it came to managing their money. Working with the fine folks at IDEO, we created "The Society of Grownups," a virtual and physical place to explore money topics, take a class, ask an expert, make a connection or grab a caffé latte.
